Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel had very dark rooms with gloomy lighting, but I appreciated the proper-sized toiletries provided on the wall instead of 'take away' options. Despite the rooms being small due to the balcony running around the top, the unbearable heat even with the window open was a downside for me.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The room, although a bit warm, was clean and comfortable, equipped with essentials like a kettle and hairdryer. The service was exceptional; the staff were helpful with all our inquiries and offered great recommendations for sightseeing. The location was convenient, close to key points in Reykjavik. The dining options, while not extensive, provided fresh and good food to-go. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting our basic needs during the stay.
The hotel rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed with very quiet ambiance, albeit small. The beds were really comfortable, and the blackout curtains were great. The service was friendly and kind, making the stay very convenient. The location was perfect, just off the main street, and the dining experience offered plenty of tasty options. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and enhanced the stay.
The hotel was baking hot and lacked a great view, just facing the car park, yet the breakfast was convenient for grab-and-go meals. The service was exceptional, with knowledgeable staff offering assistance seamlessly. The location was ideal for transportation needs and nearby attractions, despite lacking scenic views. The dining options were plentiful, catering to various dietary preferences.
The hotel is conveniently located just off the main street, offering a quiet spot that is very close to everything. The rooms, although a bit dark in some areas and slightly small, are still cozy and comfortable. The service is top-notch, with helpful staff eager to assist with recommendations and tours. The location is excellent for exploring the city center, only a block away from the main shopping street and major sights. The dining experience offers a decent selection, with fresh and tasty options available. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room drawbacks but great service and location.
The hotel rooms were nice and big with a really comfy bed, offering standard amenities you expect like a hairdryer, robes, slippers, and tea/coffee facilities. The rooms were clean and well-equipped but a bit dark with limited natural light. The service was friendly and helpful, although there was one instance of oversight. The location was perfect for exploring on foot and quiet, with easy access to transportation. The dining options were varied and of good quality. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and convenient location.
